Title Insurance

• Claims – We represent Insureds under the defense provision of title insurance policies, including both owners and lenders policy claims.
• Defalcations – We represent title insurance companies involved in defalcations of agents, including having a receiver appointed and counsel regarding coverage under CPC’s and Policies.
• Title Insurance Policy litigation – We represent title insurance companies related to policy interpretations and coverage issues.
• Recoupment of Losses – We represent insurance companies recover losses from individuals and companies that were responsible for the loss.
• Agent Representation – We represent title agents, with limiting liability on its closing and escrow issues, creation of corporate structure and litigation of issues of liability for loss by the agents by parties to transactions.
